Process
Slower on purpose. Better on principle.
A predictable, transparent process from the first message through to final delivery — usually four to six weeks, occasionally longer for complex restorations.

01
Consultation
Share photos and a few details. We schedule a studio visit or house-call to inspect the frame, discuss goals, and understand how you'll use the piece.
02
Materials & quote
We build a shortlist of fabrics and leathers matched to your palette, budget, and durability needs. You approve materials before we begin.
03
Strip & inspect
The piece is fully stripped in our workshop. Frames are repaired, joints re-glued and dowelled, springs re-tied, and any hidden issues are documented.
04
Bench work
New webbing, foams, and hand-stitched edges are built up in layers. Fabric is cut, pattern-matched, and hand-sewn to a millimetre.
05
Delivery
White-glove delivery, installation, and a walkthrough of care. Every project ships with our 10-year craftsmanship guarantee.
How long does a project take?
